Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
• We support Mobile Money payments (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

You agree not to use our services to create or host:

• Illegal or fraudulent content
• Malicious software or code
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that violates privacy rights

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Fesiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
